The Women’s Care of Beverly Hills (WCBH) currently occupies the majority of the 5th Floor of this existing Medical Building complex. As they have been expanding both clientele and staff, they are in need of additional Examination Rooms and a new, larger Reception Room. When the suite next door to their existing main offices came available, they entered into negotiations and designing of the remodel of that Suite into their expansion plans.
The Tenant Improvement will encompass 2,600 s.f. and contain (5) new Exam Rooms, (3) new Offices, New Reception Desk/Area, New Reception Waiting Room, New Toilet Room, and misc. Storage and Lab rooms. The project currently in pending Construction.
