This project consisted of remodeling the entire 5th floor unit to make a more open space floor plan. The inspiration were spaces more loft-like in nature and this was accomplished by opening up walls and connecting spaces together through unifying design elements and lighting. New floor finishes consisting of plush carpet and dark ebonized oak flooring were installed to provide a rich back drop to stark white gallery walls for art, contrasting existing concrete structural elements, and rich cabinetry of exotic woods. The Bathrooms are inspired by Zen-like spas: Aqua glass tiles, warm limestone flooring & slabs, and Teak wood elements create a warm inviting atmosphere. Gallery style low voltage lighting throughout helps in highlighting the many elements and details.
