In the winding small tributary roads within Benedict Canyon, the Owner of this house wanted to remodel the exterior of this original 3 story home. The street is very narrow and deeply wooded with steep up-sloping lots that forces designs to be very compact, vertical and all with close quarters. The solution of style and motif easily fit within that of Italian Tuscan Mountain homes. The existing house provided an ideal canvas for such a transformation and the design received layers of rich plaster, stone work, pre-cast concrete details, and wood corbels. All new windows and doors as well as wrought iron balconies were added as well.
