The Client of this 52 acre property situated in the hills above the Ojai Valley, California wished to make a new home and property improvements. The primary component of the project is a new 6,200 s.f. multi-leveled house nestled into the sites’ contours, taking advantage of the spectacular views east and south into the Ojai Valley below.
Benedict Canyon, CA
he Client of this existing single-story home in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills, California. The existing house dates back to 1961 with a larger addition in 1984 all under the original owner but had not been updated since.
Rancho Park, CA
The Client wanted to remodel and update her existing single-story home in the Ranch Park neighborhood of West Los Angeles. The remodel includes removal of interior partitions to expand & open the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen of this modest house.
