The Clients wanted to remodel their beloved beach house in the Paradise Cove area of Malibu, California to update its already intimate environment. They had waited for the opportunity to have the renowned French Interior Designer Pierre Yavonovitch work on crafting a unique and exciting interior style for them and this home. It has many unique elements from custom ceramic decorative panels hand-made in France, interior plaster applied by French craftsman to a one-of-a-kind art installation by the Japanese artist Tadashi Kawamata. The project consisted of an extensive remodel involving the entire electrical, mechanical, plumbing and audio/visual systems as well as all the finishes and cabinetry.
The project was completed in June 2024.
