Due to a devastating water leak, the Owner faced having to repair and replace large amounts of almost all the existing finishes in this Contemporary Hollywood Hills residence. They took this opportunity to remodel significant areas of the home, specifically the Kitchen, Laundry Room, Master Closet, and Baths.
The Owner’s existing Kitchen & Laundry Room were comprised of Ikea cabinetry with some customization. Their experiences with the cabinets were so positive, they were convinced to pursue this method again albeit with an updated look from Ikea’s newer products complimentary finishes.
The Master Bath, Closet and other Baths on the second floor were also remodeled with new cabinets, tile and stone work, and fixtures.
