The Client needed to expand this 1968 Wallace Neff Mission-styled home nestled in hills of Mandeville Canyon in the Brentwood neighborhood of West Los Angeles. Their program includes adding a multi-leveled extension on the end of the existing house that contains: Master Bath & Closet, New Bedroom Suite, and New Recreation Room at the Pool level. Also, part of the project will be a refreshing of the majority of finishes throughout the house. VEGA, Inc. is working with Atelier, A.M. Interior Design to realize the Client’s needs and visions. The challenges of the houses’ siting and the topography as well as blending into the specific style and form of Neff’s original makes this a challenging project.
