The Client of this 1940’s Contemporary Home in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles needed to create a new Garage & Guest House as well as an Addition and Remodel to the existing Main House.
The program involves a new Second Floor Guest Suite/Office that will serve as their Office and eventually converted into a Rental Unit. The First Floor will contain a new 2-Car Garage and another Guest Suite. The Main House Addition and Remodel will contain Additions to the Master Suite and Kitchen/Service areas; an overall Remodel of the entire House is also included.
