Allied Building Products wanted to relocate their main Bay Area facility and headquarters to south in southern Bay Area from Berkeley, California. In mid-2014 a suitable facility came available in San Jose, California and they began the process of designing the improvements to the building and site.
In Phase 1 of this project Allied needed to focus on specific Interior areas including: New Accessible Toilet Rooms, New Sales Desk and adjacent Sales Showroom, and specific Warehouse facilities. Also included in this Phase were a clean-up of the building’s Exterior Façade (repairs and new paint) as well as City mandated Site and Parking Lot improvements. Phase 1 was completed in August 2015; the Client is planning for Phase 2.
